Got questions?

  • Do you accept international clients or do you work with US-based clients only? Just as the world is your oyster, it’s mine as well. International clients are more than welcome to apply for my VA services.

  • What website platforms do you work with? SquareSpace and WordPress.

  • Do I come up with blog post topics or do you? While I find that a balance of creative input from both sides is ideal, the choice is ultimately up to you.

  • Do I get to review each blog post before it goes live? Yes. Before scheduling a blog post for publishing, I’ll send the draft over to you as a Word document. Upon receipt, you may apply amendments directly to the document using tracked changes or you may relay your feedback and suggestions to me.

You are allowed two rounds of revisions per piece of content.

  • How do you make sure your writing is on-brand? Getting to know your brand personality is my favorite part of the VA onboarding process. To ensure that my blog posts and other written correspondence matches your brand, I’ll send over a short questionnaire during the onboarding process, where you’ll be able to provide an overview on your brand personality, style, and tone.

  • How much communication do you provide? Similar to creative input, I find that an even balance of communication and silence works best. At a minimum, I suggest that we reserve one day at the start of each week to do a touch-base call. Daily end-of-day updates will be provided from my end as well.

  • What are your fees? My fees start at USD 30 per hour; the final number depends on your needs and desired VA package.

  • Do I have to sign up for a retainer? No. I prefer to negotiate retainers on a case-by-case basis, usually after we’ve worked together for a minimum of three months.

  • What’s your onboarding process like? After completing your discovery call and finalizing your desired VA package, I’ll send over a welcome packet via email that includes a contract, brand questionnaire, and a short checklist of what I’ll need from you to get started.

  • I need to give you sensitive information, such as passwords; how do you keep it safe? In addition to only working within the confines of my home and on a secure Wi-Fi network, I use Keeper, a secure password management software, to keep your sensitive info safe and sound.

  • Do you offer Pinterest, social media management, or sales funnel packages? Unfortunately, I don’t offer these services at this time. I might, however, offer them in the future.

  • What made you become a VA? After nearly 10 years of working in various in-person work environments, I was ready for a change. And as an active young professional, I discovered that full-time remote work is a better fit for my lifestyle and personal needs.
